I work in an office that uses a network of Macs and PCs, there is no server. To aim for a software system used to customer telephone and e-mail that run over the network in both Mac and PC is to manage. There is no program, and where can I find them?

You need a phone that they support the run. They are extremely expensive. An alternative is the voice over IP, which is a subscription to a VoIP SIP service providers to use. There are many programs in place to support this with a PC to control the system. A party is free to download and use.
