It was the same answer! I have about 20 e-mails on this already!
I think Yahoo Answers should compensate for this lack of me on some points a few hundred free.

It was a technical problem and notification of BA not work at all. To try to solve it, we now have this new problem to the service.
Yahoo Answers team is aware of the problem and working on it.
Please try to be patient as a solution is underway!
